Affirmative action efforts require the support of management from the front line to the top of the organization. But what do the managers need to know so they can have the greatest impact without getting lost in the details of the AAP itself? Attendees of this session will learn what should be communicated to managers so they can fulfill their affirmative action responsibilities.
