OFCCP Contractor Portal Opens April 1st, Certification Deadline July 1st, 2024

The OFCCP has announced that the Contractor Portal will open for its third annual cycle on April 1st, 2024. Service and supply contractors and subcontractors are required to certify affirmative action compliance by July 1st, 2024New contractors have 120 days to develop their AAP(s) and must complete certification within 90 days following the development of their AAP(s). 

According to the scheduling methodology previously released by the OFCCP, contractors who do not utilize the portal to certify their compliance or who certify that they have not developed and maintained a compliant AAP will be prioritized for audit by the OFCCP.
