A new Corporate Scheduling Announcement List (CSAL) was posted by OFCCP today. The list includes 400 service & supply contractors scheduled to undergo an OFCCP audit. This CSAL is a courtesy notification for federal contractors and subcontractors selected for a compliance review, which begins once the contractor receives an approved scheduling letter.

This year’s list is focused on industries that experienced employment growth through the pandemic, including a large portion of industries expected to receive significant federal investments for infrastructure and economic recovery.
Current Affirmative Action clients should contact their project manager in the event they receive a Scheduling Letter. A list of FAQs and other resources are also available on the OFCCP’s website.
OFCCP Contractor Portal Reminder
As a reminder, service and supply contractors are required to certify the compliance of their AAP online between March 31, 2022 and June 30, 2022, and annually thereafter. It is important to note that certifying that you are in compliance does not exclude you from being selected for a compliance evaluation. It is suspected that in the future, OFCCP will use the information collected through the Contractor Portal to generate lists of companies for compliance evaluations.
