Personal Data We Sell or Use for a Business Purpose

HR Works does not sell the Personal Data we collect and will not sell it without providing you with the right to opt-out. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties

California Civil Code § 1798.83 permits users that are residents of California to request the following information regarding our disclosure of your Personal Data to third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes:
